Due to the perishable nature of our stone-milled grains and flours, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with the quality and freshness of our products. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our high standards, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, carefully examine your grain bags or flour containers for any signs of moisture, tearing, or structural damage incurred during transit.
Document Issues
Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product batch number located on the label to help us process your claim efficiently.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos; we will review your request and issue a replacement or refund for faulty items.
Safe Disposal
For food safety reasons, we do not require you to ship perishable grain products back to us; once your claim is approved, you may compost or dispose of the damaged product.
