Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our farm-to-table grains.

How are Heartland Craft Grains processed?

Our grains are stone-ground in small batches to preserve the natural oils, nutrients, and rich flavor often lost in industrial high-heat milling.

Are your products organic?

While we are not certified organic, we practice regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming methods that prioritize soil health and minimize chemical inputs.

How should I store my flour and grains?

Because our products are fresh and contain no preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place or in the freezer to extend shelf life up to six months.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days to ensure you receive the freshest mill date possible.

Can I return food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our grains, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bakeries?

Yes, we partner with bakeries and restaurants for bulk orders. Please reach out through our wholesale contact form for a current price list and delivery schedule.
